Arakkal Gold & Diamonds LLC is seeking a Senior HR Executive to lead all human resource functions across jewellery retail operations in Dubai, UAE.
The role includes recruitment, onboarding, employee retention, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR compliance aligned with UAE labour laws.
The candidate will provide expert HR guidance, manage employee relations, drive training & development initiatives, and ensure accurate HR doentation.
Applicants must have 2–5 years of HR experience in a managerial capacity, hold CHRM a CPD certification, and have prior UAE experience.
Fluency in English and Malayalam is required, and experience in the jewellery or retail sector is strongly preferred.
