Role Overview:
The Senior Technician – Manicure & Pedicure Nail Services is responsible for delivering high-quality nail care services with precision, consistency, and attention to detail. The role covers essential nail care, polish application, advanced nail techniques, and extensions, ensuring a premium client experience aligned with The Nail Lodge brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
1.Nail Care Services (Essential).
•Perform Classic Manicure and Pedicure services to high hygiene standards
•Execute Russian Manicu techniques with precision
•Ensure proper nail shaping, cuticle care, and overall nail health
•Maintain strict sterilization and sanitation protocols
2.Polish Application & Add-Ons.
•Apply:
-Normal Polish (including French styles)
-Gel Polish and Gel French
-Ombre (Gel & Normal)
•Deliver advanced finishes:
-Chrome (full set and per nail)
-Nail Art (custom designs per client request)
•Perform:
-Nail repairs
-Gel, chrome, and ombre removal
-Under-toenail cleaning (pedicure support)
3.Nail Extensions & Advanced Services.
•Perform Acrylic Extensions, including:
-Natural, Gel Colour, French, Ombre
-Acrylic refills and removals
•Perform Hard Gel Extensions, including:
-Natural, Colour, French, Ombre
-Refills and removals
•Perform Soft Gel Extensions, including:
-Full sets, French, Ombre
-Safe removal techniques
•Provide BIAB and Rubber Base applications (without extensions).
•Ensure structural integrity, proper apex building, and long-lasting result.
4.Client Experience & Consultation
•Conduct client consultations to recommend suitable services
•Upsell add-ons and premium services where appropriate
•Ensure a luxury, relaxing, and personalized experience
•Handle client feedback professionally
5.Operational Excellence
•Follow service timing standards (T&T) for efficiency
•Maintain workstation cleanliness and readiness at all times
•Ensure tools and equipment are sterilized after each client
•Support inventory control and product usage efficiency
6.Team & Brand Contribution
•Support junior technicians through guidance and knowledge sharing
•Maintain consistency in service quality across the team
•Represent The Nail Lodge brand with professionalism and elegance
Skills & Requirements
•Proven experience in manicure and nail extension services
•Strong expertise in:
oRussian manicure techniques
oGel, acrylic, and BIAB systems
•High attention to detail and artistic capability
•Strong customer service and communication skills
•Knowledge of hygiene and UAE salon standards
