The role involves negotiating prices, payment terms, and warranties with a wide network of suppliers while monitoring market volatility for materials like steel and cement. You will maintain an Approved Vendor List (AVL) and utilize ERP Oracle for issuing LPOs and tracking procurement cycles. This position is critical for ensuring material availability and maintaining project budgets through strong supplier relationship management.
