Lanco Engineering is urgently hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a one-year, extendable position in Simaisma, Qatar, with company-provided transportation. The role requires strong post-tender QS experience, commercial management with clients and subcontractors, and experience in building projects.

a. Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
b. Minimum 10–12 years of relevant quantity surveying experience.
c. Strong post-tender QS experience is mandatory.
d. Experience with client and subcontractor commercial matters.
e. Building project experience is mandatory.
f. Good knowledge of BOQ, measurements, valuations, variations, cost control, and subcontract management.
g. Qat project experience required.
h. Immediate joiners with a valid QID will be considered.
i. Candidates must hold a free visa.
