Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them with product selection
Promote products and services to increase sales
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Handle billing, payments, and POS transactions
Maintain product displays and store cleanliness
Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
Follow company policies and sales procedures
Requirements & Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail sales is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Basic knowledge of POS systems and MS Office
