**The Role**
You'll be the primary revenue driver in the Saudi market — owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, targeting HR, L&D, and C-suite decision-makers at mid-to-large enterprises. This is a hands-on role with a clear path to Sales Director as we scale.

**What You'll Do**
- Own and hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets in the Saudi market
- Build and manage a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise accounts (100+ employees)
- Run discovery calls, product demos, and commercial negotiations end-to-end
- Collaborate with marketing on outbound campaigns and account-based strategies
- Represent Upscend at industry events, HR forums, and client meetings
- Report pipeline and forecast accurately using CRM tools

**What We're Looking For**
- 4–7 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years selling SaaS or technology
- Proven track record of closing enterprise deals (SAR 50K–500K+ ACV)
- Strong network within Saudi enterprises — HR, L&D, or Operations decision-makers a big plus
- Excellent Arabic and English communication skills
- Saudi national or KSA-based with transferable Iqama preferred
- Self-starter mentality — comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment
