Key Responsibilities1. User Lifecycle Optimization.
Design and optimize the full user conversion funnel from Registration Activation First Top-Up Repeat Purchase
Analyze user behavior and data to develop phase-based conversion strategies and implement them effectively
2. Activation & Engagement Campaigns.
Plan and launch activation campaigns (e.g., newbie tasks, cashback incentives, time-limited missions)
Develop user segmentation models (e.g., dormant, low-activity, non-paying users) and tailor activation strategies accordingly
3. Retention & Experience Improvement.
Analyze user churn data and collaborate with product and customer service teams to enhance user experience
Build a retention monitoring system, improve Day-7 / Day-30 retention, and strengthen platform stickiness
4. Data-Driven Growth Management.
Assist in building user growth dashboards, track behavioral data, and funnel metrics
Regularly generate actionable insights and lead optimization initiatives across departments.
5. Cross-Functional Growth Collaboration.
Work closely with Product, Marketing, Business, Data, and Customer Support teams to form a unified growth force
Lead and execute key growth initiatives, such as product onboarding, referral programs, channel-specific strategies, etc.
Requirements· 3+ years of experience in user growth operations, product operations, or data-driven marketing.
· Solid understanding of growth frameworks (e.g., AARRR model) and conversion funnel metrics.
· Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Looker, DataStudio, or similar platforms).
· Experience in designing user incentives and engagement campaigns.
· Strong project management and cross-team coordination skills.
· Background in fintech / crypto / digital cards / e-commerce / digital education is a plus.
· Good command of English, capable of handling day-to-day communication and reporting.
· Must be willing to work on-site in Dubai, able to adapt to a fast-paced, result-driven environment.
