Coordinate daily service activities, technician assignments, and site visits
Prepare and update service schedules, job cards, and work orders
Ensure timely dispatch of technicians based on priority and client requirements
Track job progress and follow up on pending service call
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests
Provide job updates, expected timelines, and completion confirmations
Maintain professional communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams
Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and accurate responses
Prepare service reports, delivery notes, quotations, and invoices
Maintain records of service jobs, materials used, and technician feedback
Coordinate with procureme for material availability
Track material issuance for service jobs and maintain proper doentation
Prepare service-related invoices and submit to clients
Prepare letters, memos, and communication for service-related matters
Assist in onboarding service staff (ID cards, access passes, doentation)
