Key Responsibilities:
Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service from start to finish.
Clearly communicating customer needs and expectations to the service team.
Efficiently scheduling and dispatching work to technicians on the floor.
Troubleshooting issues, resolving conflicts, and ensuring smooth operations.
Maintaining accurate records and doentation.
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a service advisor or in a similar customer-facing, coordination role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
A solid understanding of service operations and workflow management.
