Salary: 180 – 230 OMR per month (depending on the interview)

Job Responsibilities:
•Contact customers to schedule and confirm appointments and assign to team and follow along.
•Prepare and send service dai reports to clients.
•Maintain accurate records of appointments, customer information, and work orders.
•Handle basic customer inquiries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
•Assist with other related tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
•Strong communication and organizational skills.
•Basic computer skills (email, word processing, spreadsheets).
•Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
•Prior experience in coordination, scheduling, or customer service is an advantage.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
