GRADE Refrigeration is an Industrial Refrigeration contractor operating in the MENA region. The Service Sales Engineer will dedicate himself to the best of his ability to improve the profitability of the Company and its affiliates. The Service Sales Engineer will be reporting technically to the Service Manager and administratively to the Country General Manager.

Job Description
Your tasks Map (among other things) the wishes of the customer and co-determine the sales strategy with the Head of Service Sales Support. Translates a customer request into a quotation. Deliver a commercially and technically sound calculation and subsequent quotation. Ensure accurate quotation monitoring and follow up requirements. Responsible for own resource planning to meet often demanding and hectic timescales. After receipt of orders: prepares order confirmations, purchase orders and follows up till shipment of the material. Sales support to branch offices and distributors in the region. Reports both formal and informal to Marketing & Sales Manager regarding daily business in the assigned region. Consults customers, suppliers and subcontractors. Consults service engineers, project managers and project sales engineers. Organize (project team) meetings whether or not in consultation with the Head of Sales Support. Transfer knowledge and apply learning experience Safeguard knowledge by guiding and coaching colleagues within the Service Sales Support Team and the Sales department.Focus on standardization.Follow internal and external developments within the discipline.Keep abreast of new technologies and applying them to GRADE offerings and promoti differentiation.Supports Area Managers and (Service) Sales Engineers for refrigeration projects and service activities that GRADE Refrigeration LLC performs in countries where there is local sales expertise.Contribute in the field of efficiency, sustainability, innovation and differentiation within GRADE Refrigeration LLC.Communication with international suppliers and country specific sub-contractors including final price negotiations.Instructing both internal and external people to ensure specifications and subsequent prices are obtained.
