We are looking for Cleaning Equipment Technician who will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and inspecting various cleaning equipment’s, ensuring they are in good working order. This includes both manual and motorized cleaning tools, as well as larger machines like floor scrubbers and pressure washers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Equipment Trouble Shooting, Maintenance and Repair:
Inspecting, Trouble Shooting, repairing, and maintaining various cleaning equipment, such as Vacuum Cleaners, Floor Scrubbers, Ride On Scrubber Dryers, Pressure Washers, and other Industrial Cleaning Machines.
* Troubleshooting:
Identifying and resolving issues with equipment, potentially including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing components.
* Preventative Maintenance:
Conducting routine maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure equipment longevity.
* Inventory Management:
Ensuring adequate supplies of cleaning agents and materials, and potentially ordering supplies as needed.
* Record Keeping:
Maintaining records of maintenance and repairs.
* Safety Compliance:
Following safety procedures and protocols when using cleaning equipment and chemicals.
* Training and Guidance:
Potentially training Equipment Users on proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Technical Skills: Experience with Electrical and Mechanical repairs, Ability to Read Circuit Drawings , Past knowledge and Experience of Handling and repairing different types of cleaning equipment and their operation, and potentially familiarity with plumbing and other related systems will be an added asset.
* Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve issues with equipment.
* Organizational Skills: Ability to manage inventory, maintain records, and ensure a clean and organized work area.
* Safety Awareness: Understanding and adhering to safety procedures and protocols.
