About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ITSM modules, scripting, and Flow Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that enhance our IT service delivery and align with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Request, CMDB).
Develop and maintain client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, business rules, script includes, and other scripted components.
Build and optimize workflows using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and automation tools.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using RE APIs.
Troubleshoot platform issues and support ongoing enhancements.
Collaborate with process owners to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.
Participate in upgrades, patching, and new module implementations.
Maintain doentation for configurations, customizations, and technical procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–7 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong experience with ITSM suite implementation and support.
Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow serv scripting.
Proficiency in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and workflow automation.
Solid understanding of ITIL processes.
Experience with RE integrations.
Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
