We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Shadow Teacher to provide one-to-one support and help a student succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the student during classroom activities.
Assist with lessons, assignments, and daily routines.
Encourage positive behavior and independence.
Monitor learning and behavioral progress.
Coordinate with teachers and parents.
Maintain a safe and supportive environment.
Relevant degree or diploma in Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Previous experience with children is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, caring, and responsible personality.
Relevant UAE experience or certification is an advantage.
