Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Shawarma Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing authentic shawarma, with a strong understanding of marination, grilling, and assembling techniques. Preference will be given to candidates from Kerala who are familiar with popular Middle Eastern and Kerala-style shawarma flavors.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and marinate chick according to standard recipes
Operate shawarma grill and ensure proper cooking techniques
Slice and assemble shawarma wraps and platters efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
Ensure quality, taste, and presentation standards are met
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Shawarma Maker or similar role
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Kerala candidates preferred
