The Site Administrator is responsible for supporting the smooth operation of the construction site by managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate doentation, and ensuring effective communication between the site and head office.
Key Responsibilities: •Provide administrative support to the site management team •Maintain all project doentation, including drawings, permits, delivery receipts and safety records •Organize and schedule meetings, site inductions and training sessions •Track and file timesheets, attendance records and personnel doentation •Handle requisitions, petty cash and assist in tracking site expenses •Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and support incident reporting •Liaise with suppliers and vendors to confirm deliveries and handle any issues •Assist with progress reports and prepare doentation for client and management meetings.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
• 3–5 years experience in a site- based or construction admin role
• Familiarity with construction site procedures and safety practices
• Experience with doent control systems (Aconex or similar) is an advantage
