1. Conducting regular site inspections to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
2. Managing the daily operation of construction projects
3. Interpreting and implementing construction plans as per the project blueprint
4. Liaising with subcontractors, architects, and other professional staff to ensure project requirements are met
5. Assessing potential risks and implementing preventive measures to mitigate them
6. Ensuring materials and resources are used effectively and wastage is minimized
7. Keeping accurate records of construction progress, changes, and other relevant information
8. Resolving technical issues with the project team and offering advice on improvements and solutions
9. Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities to ensure smooth project execution
10. Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as onsite laborers
1. Proven work experience as a Site Engineer (1-2 yrs) or similar role in construction
2. Understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
3. Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
4. Good knowledge of MS Office
5. Familiarity with constructi management software
6. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
7. Excellent organizational and time-management skills
8. A team player with leadership abilities
9. Civil engineering / diploma in relevant field
