Job Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities and monitor work progress.
Coordinate workers, technicians, and subcontractors.
Ensure work is completed according to project plans and specifications.
Monitor attendance, productivity, and material requirements.
Maintain workplace safety and enforce site regulations.
Prepare progress reports and communicate with project management.
