Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant site supervision experience.
Knowledge of construction methods, site operations, and safety procedures.
Ability to read technical drawings and understand project specifications.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and site reporting tools is an advantage.
UAE construction experience is preferred.
