Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:•Fully manage and grow all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, etc.)•Create and execute monthly content calendars•Develop and implement social media growth strategies•Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages professionally•Build community engagement and increase followers organically•Track analytics, prepare reports, and optimize performance•Stay updated with trends and apply viral content ideas
Content Creation (Photo & Video):•Shoot high-quality photos and videos of jet ski experiences, customers, and lifestyle content•Create engaging reels, TikToks, and promotional videos•Edit and produce professional content optimized for each platform•Capture daily activities, offers, and special events•Work with drone footage (if available)
Paid Ads & Digital Marketing:•Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns•Create and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads•Handle ad budgets and improve ROI•Run lead generation and booking campaigns•Perform testing and campaign optimization Strategy & Growth:•Develop creative marketing ideas and campaigns•Build brand positioning in Abu Dhabi’s tourism market•Identify opportunities for collaborations and influencer partnerships•Focus on increasing bookings and brand awareness
Requirements:•Proven experience in social media management•Strong photography & videography skills (portfolio required)•Experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager•Creative mindset with strategic thinking ability•Strong knowledge of digital marketing trends•Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate•Ability to work independently and take initiative
Preferred:•Experience in tourism, water sports, or luxury brands•Drone filming skills•Arabic speaking is a plus
