Job Description

The Soft Services Operations Team Leader will oversee daily soft services activities within facility management operations. The role includes supervising cleaning teams, ensuring floor maintenance standards, and proper use of machines, chemicals, and color-coding systems. The candidate will ensure compliance with MSDS, COSHH regulations, and cross-contamination prevention practices. Coordination with site management to maintain service quality across large facilities is essential. Continuous monitoring of hygiene, safety, and operational efficiency is a key responsibility.

Candidate Requirements

a. Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or ITI certification
b. Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Soft Services Team Leader in FM environments
c. Experience in airports, malls, hotels, hospitals, or large buildings
d. Strong knowledge of cleaning machines, chemicals, and floor maintenance
e. Understanding of MSDS, COSHH, and contamination control procedures
