LAVO Restaurant is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join its culinary team in Dubai, UAE. The selected candidate will support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, supervise kitchen staff, oversee food preparation and presentation, maintain quality and hygiene standards, manage inventory and food costing, train team members, and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
