Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with 10–15 years of proven experience in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, contracts, and commercial risks from tender to final account, ensuring financial efficiency and contract compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets.
Administer contracts, variations, and claims.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and support procurement.
Monitor project expenditures and prepare cost reports.
Liaise with site teams, consultants, and clients.
Bachelor’s in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC and local contract regulations.
Proficient in QS tools (e.g., Excel).
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and reporting skills.
