a. Polytechnic Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Air Conditioning Engineering.
b. 8+ years of experience in HVAC installation, testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning.
c. Hands-on experience with chillers, cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, and packa units.
d. Experience with chilled water, ventilation, BMS, electrical controls, and air distribution systems.
e. Skilled in air and water balancing using specialized instruments.
f. Knowledge of BSRIA, CIBSE, NEBB, and ASHRAE standards.
g. Strong leadership, coordination, doentation, troubleshooting, and handover skills.
