Nbox Logistics is seeking a meticulous and experienced Stock Auditor to join its warehouse operations in Doha, Qatar.
The role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and integrity across warehouse operations.
The Stock Auditor will conduct daily cycle counts, random checks, and full stock audits while verifying physical stock against the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
The position involves investigating discrepancies in GRN, putaway, and picking processes, reconciling inventory data, and preparing detailed audit reports.
You will ensure compliance with FI rules and manage SKU codes, bat numbers, expiry dates, pallet IDs, and bin locations.

a) 1–3 years of experience in inventory control or stock auditing
b) Hands-on experience managing and verifying SKU-level inventory
c) Working knowledge of WMS or ERP systems
d) Basic proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
e) Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
f) Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are preferred
