Job Summary:
We are looking for a Structural Design Engineer with 5–10 years of UAE experience to handle the structural analysis, design, and authority approvals for high-rise, residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects in Dubai. The role requires strong technical capability, authority coordination experience, and proficiency in industry-standard design software.
Key Responsibilities:
•Perform structural analysis and design for RCC and steel structures
•Prepare and review design calculations, drawings, and reports
•Manage authority submissions and approvals (DM, DDA, Trakhees, etc.)
•Coordinate with architects, MEP, and other disciplines
•Propose value engineering and design optimization solutions
•Provide technical support during construction and respond to RFIs
Requirements:
•Bachelor†in Civil or Structural Engineering
•SOE Card and Dubai Municipality License (G+12 or G+4)
•5–10 years UAE-based experience in structural design
•Proficient in ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD
•In-depth knowledge of UAE building regulations and international codes
•Experience with AutoCAD; Revit Structure preferred
•Fluency in English and Hindi (Arabic is an advantage)
•Immediate joiner will be preferable
