Roles & responsibilities
Perform structural design and analysis for residential villas, G+6 buildings, mosques, and mixed-use developments.
Prepare, review, and validate structural drawings, calculation reports, and technical doentation in compliance with UAE standards.
Ensure all designs comply with Ajman Municipality regulations and UAE building codes.
Coordinate effectively with architectural, MEP, and project management teams to deliver integrated and efficient design solutions.
Conduct site inspections, design evaluations, and technical reviews to verify alignment with approved structural plans.
Support in authority submissions, design approvals, and client meetings to ensure smooth workflow and project delivery.
Desired candidate profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of UAE experience in structural design and analysis, preferably within a consultancy environment.
Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, PROKON, AutoCAD, and other relevant design software.
Technical Knowledge:
Deep understanding of UAE building codes, authority submission procedures, and municipality design standards.
Experience in high-rise and low-rise structures, foundation design, and reinforced concrete systems.
Certifications:
Valid Society of Engineers (SOE) Card (required).
Language Skills: Fluency in English (required); Hin proficiency is an advantage.
