We are seeking an experienced Superbi Technici to join our growing team. This role is designed for someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a motorcycle dealership workshop, particularly someone with strong hands-on experience working with high-performance motorcycles, superbikes, and powersport vehicles. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing, and repairing motorcycles and powersport vehicles, maintaining the highest standards of workmanship while ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
What You Will Do:
•Perform maintenance, repair, and service on a range of motorcycles, superbikes, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersport vehicles.
•Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues and perform repairs to the highest standards.
•Carry out routine inspections, tire replacements, brake services, fluid changes, and other scheduled maintenance tasks.
•Work with the service team to complete jobs efficiently and within the manufacturer’s or local standard times.
•Assist in building and assembling new motorcycles and powersport vehicles, as needed.
•Provide clear and accurate reports for each service or repair, ensuring customers are fully informed of the work completed.
•Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in motorcycle and powersport technology, providing expert advice when necessary.
•Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are well-maintained.
•Adhere to safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and ensure workplace safety at all times.
•Help with training and mentoring junior technicians as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
•Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a motorcycle dealership workshop, with a strong background in working on motorcycles being highly advantageous.
•I (or equivalent) from a recognized institution, with relevant technical or engineering certifications.
•Proficient in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining motorcycles, superbikes, and powersport vehicles.
•Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems in motorcycles and powersport vehicles.
•Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, with a focus on first-time fixes.
•Ability to work under pressure, managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
•Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
•Good communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
•Familiarity with modern diagnostic tools and repair software.
•A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently when needed.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
•Experience in performance tuning or customizing superbikes and powersport vehicles.
•Knowledge of the latest diagnostic and repair technologies.
•Familiarity with working on marine outboard engines (a plus but not essential).
