We are looking for an experienced Supervisor with strong knowledge of upholstery work, sofa making, furniture repair, fabric work, and site coordination. The candidate must be able to manage workers, check work quality, follow customer requirements, and ensure jobs are completed properly and on time.
Responsibilities:
Supervise upholstery, sofa, curtain, and furniture related works.
Check measurements, fabric details, stitching, foam, and finishing quality.
Coordinate with workers, fitters, sales team, and customers.
Visit sites and ensure work is done as per requirement.
Manage daily work schedule and staff duties.
Report job progress to management.
Ensure quality finishing and timely completion.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of upholstery and furniture works.
Experience in supervising workers and site jobs.
Good understanding of fabric, foam, stitching, sofa repair, and finishing.
Ability to solve site and production issues.
Good communication and coordination skills.
