a. Polytechnic Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
b. 5+ years of hands-on HVAC execution and site construction experience.
c. Experience in large-scale MEP projects including hotels, hospitals, residential, and commercial buildings.
d. Strong experience in HVAC installation, testing, and pre-commissioning.
e. Knowledge of chillers, cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, ventilation systems, and chilled water piping.
f. Experience with electrical controls and BMS interfaces.
g. Ability to manage manpower, materials, site progress, and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients.
