Job description:
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for retail members, corporate partners, and wellness programs.
Establish and nurture partnerships with distributors, gym branches, and external reta channels.
Identify and launch new sales channels and complementary product lines.
Manage inventory and supply chains, including demand forecasting, stock-level optimization, and order fulfillment.
Oversee procurement processes, renegotiate vendor contracts, and ensure timely deliveries.
Uphold product quality and compliance with relevant regulations.
Collaborate with marketing to design and promote supplement campaigns across in-gym, digital, and external channels.
Work with finance and sales teams to align revenue forecasts and budget targets.
Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams to streamline operations and logistics.
Track KPIs, including sales growth, inventory turnover, forecast precision, and fulfillment rates.
Prepare operational dashboards and performance reports for leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field; advanced degrees are an asset.
Minimum 5 years in operations, supply chain, or sales—ideally within supplements, nutrition, or FMCG sectors.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and operational skills.
Proficiency in E systems and MS Office tools for tracking and forecasting.
Familiarity with regulatory standards in the food, nutrient, or supplement space.
