Designing, implementing, and managing complex IT, automation, or industrial systems by unifying various subsystems into a cohesive, functional unit. They act as a subject matter expert (SME) in integration technologies, leading project teams, managing vendor relations, and ensuring system performance, security, and compliance with business goals.
Key Responsibilities-
1.System Architecture & Design: Develop detailed integration plans, blueprints, and diagrams, covering system dependencies, data mapping, and interface interactions.
2.Implementation & Deployment: Lead full-cycle implementations, including custom configurations, data migration, and deployment of B, CRM, or ERP systems.
3.Team Leadership: Guide a team of system integrators, developers, and testers to meet project deadlines.
4.Technical Troubleshooting: Optimize integration processes, resolve complex integration issues, and ensure high system availability.
5.Client Engagement: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to validate requirements and provide project status updates.
6.Vendor Management: Manage vendor deliveries and external resources to ensure adherence to standards.
Quality Assurance: Define and verify acceptance testing (UAT) and system verification
