Operate and maintain the tandoor oven safely and efficiently.
Prepare stuffed parathas (aloo, qeema, paneer, etc.) and plain parathas to a consistent standard.
Ensure authentic taste, texture, and presentation of Pakistani breads.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cooking area according to UAE food safety standards.
Manage inventory of flour, dough, and related ingredients.
Work with the kitchen team to support preparation of curries, kebabs, and BBQ items when required.
