Job Description

The Team Leader is responsible for supervising a team of Call Center Agents to ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met. You will provide daily coaching, conduct live call monitoring, and assist agents with complex customer escalations. Key duties include motivating the team to achieve targets, identifying training needs, and ensuring all company policies are followed.
