The role involves providing on-site technical support, supervising application processes, conducting mock-ups and product demonstrations, and ensuring adherence to manufacturer guidelines and best practices. You will also train contractors and engineers, investigate site complaints, and prepare detailed reports with photographic evidence to ensure project quality and compliance.
