About the Role
Flight Risk AE is looking for a skilled E-Bike Mechanic / Technician to join our growing team in Al Quoz. The role involves assembling, servicing, diagnosing, and repairing electric bikes to ensure top performance and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
-Assemble new electric bikes (PDI & quality checks)
-Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues
-Work on motors, controllers, batteries, brakes, drivetrains, and wiring
-Perform routine servicing and preventative maintenance
-Troubleshoot faults and recommend solutions
-Maintain workshop tools and keep the workspace organised
-Support warehouse and operations team when required
Requirements
-Proven experience as a bicycle, e-bike, motorcycle, or light vehicle mechanic
-Strong understanding of electrical systems (controllers, batteries, wiring)
-Ability to diagnose faults independently
-Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
-Physically fit and hands-on
-Previous UAE experience is a plus
-Immediate availability preferred
