Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain cruise offers and promotions clearly
- Generate leads and schedule follow-ups
- Maintain call records and customer details
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets
Requirements
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable speaking on calls
- Basic computer knowledge
- Telecalling experience is an advantage
- Freshers are welcome to apply
