We are seeking a talented Tele Sales Executive proficient in Kannada, Hindi, and Telugu languages to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and convincing skills to effectively promote our produc over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
•Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our produc and generate sales leads.
•Build and maintain strong customer relationships through active communication and follow-ups.
•Understand customer needs and offer suitable product solutions to meet their requirements.
•Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory or market segment.
•Handle objections and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
•Keep accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system regularly.
•Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
•Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and Telugu languages is essential.
•Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role.
•Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone.
•Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills to close sales deals.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
