Job Responsibilities:
•Create and maintain records of calls and sales, and note useful information in databases
•Process orders and ensure timely delivery
•Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
•Go the extra mile to engage customers, build rapport, and close sales
•Ensure Customer Retention maintained by regular calls,
•Develop and implement an effective approach to collect and identify other competitor’s clients
•Sending quotations and proposals to clients and following up.
•Ensure that customer prices are reviewed on regular basis.
•Sales and Marketing Mail Shots and communication of campaigns.
•Achieve revenue, volumes, new business and activated win targets
•Provide Daily, Weekly & Monthly Sales Activity reports and other related reports
Job Requirements:
•Diploma (Preferred specialization in their field of work) at least Two (2) years of relevant work experience,
•2 years’ experience, preferably in the logistics, freight forward industry.
•Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
•Excellent communication skills with clients.
•Excellent negotiating skills. And handling customer complaints
•Languages: English and / Arabic
