As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads and selling our produc over the phone to potential customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a results-driven approach. SALARY: 2500 - 3000 + Commission on Target Achieved
Responsibilities:
· Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our produc.
· Answer questions about our offerings and address customer concerns.
· Identify customer needs and suggest suitable produc.
· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
· Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales.
· Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or cold calls.
· Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and friendly tone on calls.
· Collaborate with the sales team to ensure continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
· Close your own deals and also keep a regular follow up on it.
· Should be able to multi task and do 100-150 calls per day.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Telesales representative or similar sales role.
· Proficiency in English and Hindi
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
· High school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
