Bur Dubai, UAE (Office-based)
Salary:
AED 2,500 – 3,000 per month (Basic, depending on experience)
+ Attractive performance-based incentiv
About the Company:
We are a fast-growing online gaming platform in the UAE, offering exciting digital gaming experiences. We are looking for motivated Tele Sales Representatives (including freshers) to join our team and help expand our user base.
Job Description:
The Tele Sales Representative will engage with potential customers over calls, introduce our gaming platform, and convert leads into active users. Freshers with good communication skills and a target-driven mindset are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our gaming website
• Explain gaming features, offers, and benefits clearly
• Convert leads into registered and active users
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales activities
• Follow up with existing users to increase engagement and retention
• Handle customer queries professionally
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Follow company policies, including responsible gaming guidelines
Requirements:
• Freshers are welcome; prior tele sales experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Target-oriented with a results-driven approach
• Fluency in Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, or Malayalam (any one or more)
• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn CRM systems
• Positive attitude, proactive, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
