The role involves reviewing tender doents, preparing detailed cost estimates and BOQs, negotiating with subcontractors, implementing value engineering strategies, and ensuring compliance with all contractual and statutory requirements.

a. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
b. 8–12 years of direct experience in Fit-Out tendering and pre-contract roles
c. Strong knowledge of Qatar & KSA construction markets, contracts, and procurement practices

e. Excellent commercial aen, negotiation, and analytical skills
f. Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and meet strict deadlines
g. Willingness to coordinate effectively across Qatar and KSA operations
