About the role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Tender & Admin Officer to manage the bid lifecycle and provide general office support. You will monitor opportunities, coordinate and produce compliant tender submissions, support pricing and post-submission activities, and handle day-to-day administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
Key responsibilities.
Monitor tender portals and assess opportunities; prepare opportunity briefs.
Coordinate and produce compliant tender responses, templates, and annexes.
Liaise with technical, finance, legal and operations teams for inputs and approvals.
Submit and track bids; manage version control and confidentiality.
Maintain tender-tracking records and produce regular pipeline reports.
Requirements
2+ years’ experience in tenderi and office administration.
Strong written communication, attention to detail and time-management.
Proficient with MS Office and online tender portals; experience with CRM or doent management is a plus.
