To manage and oversee the end-to-end tendering process for the supply of items through TenderBoard and other official tendering portals. This includes identifying opportunities, preparing submissions, coordinating with internal departments, ensuring compliance, and supporting contract management for awarded tenders.




Key Responsibilities




1. Tender Identification & Portal Management


o Actively monitor and search for relevant tenders through approved government
and private-sector tender portals.


o Register the company for eligible tenders and ensure timely access to tender
doents and announcements.



2. Supplier Sourcing & Coordination


o Identify and source qualified suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers based on project needs and tender requirements.


o Request quotations and technical doentation from vendors, and evaluate them for compliance, cost, and capability.


2. Quotation & Proposal Preparation


o Prepare competitive technical and financial proposals tailored to each tender's specifications.


o Consolidate supplier offers, company pricing, and doentation into a complete, compliant quotation package.



4. Tender Submission


o Upload and submit completed bids through tender portals within the deadline. o Ensure all required attachments, certifications, and commercial offers are correctly formatted and submitted.



5. Contract Drafting & Review


o Support in drafting or reviewing proposed contract terms to align with company policies and tender obligations.


o Advise management on contractual risks, obligations, and negotiation points.


6. Interdepartmental Coordination


o Collaborate with the operations, finance, legal, and technical teams to gather
input and doentation for tender submissions.
o Ensure internal approvals are obtained before submission.


7. Doentation & Compliance


o Maintain organized records of all submitted tenders, correspondence, supplier
quotes, and contracts.
o Ensure compliance with internal procurement and tendering policies as well as
external legal and regulatory requirements. 8. Market & Process Optimization
o Continuously research market prices and vendor capabilities to strengthen future quotations.
o Suggest improvements in the bidding process to increase competitiveness and success rate.

Qualifications and Experience


* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in tendering and contracts, preferably in the supply of goods and services.
* Proven experience handling submissions on Oman’s TenderBoard portal is essential.
* Familiarity with government and semi-government procurement procedures.
