CloudNine HRC is hiring a commercially driven TikTok Creator Network Manager in Dubai, UAE, to lead and grow the company’s TikTok LIVE Creator Network across the UAE and wider region. The role covers creator acquisition, onboarding, development, performance management, retention, livestream operations, team management, and commercial growth.

a. 3–5 years of relevant experience in TikTok LIVE, Creator Networks, MCNs, influenc agencies, livestreaming, social media, or related businesses.
b. Proven experience in creator acquisition, creator management, or livestream operations.
c. Experience managing or developing a creator network or talent community is highly preferred.
d. Strong understanding of TikTok LIVE, creator ecosystems, and livestreaming business models.
e. Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage creator performance and business KPIs.
f. Experience managing and motivating a high-performing team.
g. Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
h. Fluent Chinese and English is required.
i. UAE or Middle East market experience is an advantage.
j. Entrepreneurial, proactive, and hands-on approach.
