Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the travel industry, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for helping clients create unforgettable travel experiences.
As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for advising clients on travel destinations, creating custom itineraries, booking flights, hotels, and other travel services, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure smooth travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on travel options, destinations, and packages based on their preferences and budget.
Create detailed and customized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, excursions, and other services.
Handle travel bookings and reservations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new destinations, and travel products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Assist with travel doentation and offer advice on visa requirements, travel insurance, and other essentials.
Required Qualifications:
Female candidates preferred with 2+ years of experience in the travel industry.
In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, booking systems, and industry trends.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Knowledge of travel management software (e.g., GDS systems, CRM tools) is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Desired Skills:
Multilingual abilities (English and additional languages are a plus).
Knowledge of popular travel destinations, tours, and vacation packages.
Ability to tailor travel plans to specific client needs and preferences.
