Job Summary:
The Wait is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve orders promptly and ensure quality standards are met.
Answer customer queries regarding menu items, specials, and promotions.
Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, tables, and service stations.
Prepare tables for service, including setting up utensils, glassware, and condiments.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
Any Nationality Prefer(Arab National)
Gender- Male or Female
Minimum 1–3 years of proven work experience as a Waiter.
Should be Available In Dubai,
Should be a Freelancer Visa or under Family sponsorship.
Willing to join immediately
Willing to work in short term (2 Month)
