The Wait is the face of our restaurant — the first person our guests interact with and the most consistent presence throughout their dining experience. This role is responsible for delivering warm, attentive, and professional table service from the moment a guest is seated to the moment they leave, ensuring every visit is memorable, enjoyable, and reflective of our restaurant's standards.
•Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, creating a positive and inviting first impression.
•Escort guests to their assigned tables, present menus, and ensure they are comfortably settled.
•Inform guests of daily specials, promotions, or any menu changes before taking their order.
•Attend to guests' immediate needs upon seating — offering water, taking drink orders, and answering initial menu questions.
•Manage waiting guests courteously during busy periods, providing accurate wait time estimates and keeping them informed.
Education
•High school diploma or equivalent — required.
•Diploma or certificate in Hospitality, F&B Service, or Tourism is an advantage but not required.
•Equivalent practical experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment will be fully considered.
Experience
•Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a wait or front-of-house service role in a restaurant, cafe, or hospitality setting — preferred.
•Fresh graduates or candidates with strong customer-facing experience in other industries will also be considered.
•Experience working in an Italian restaurant, pizzeria, or casual dining environment is an advantage.
