You will be responsible for painting surfaces using brushes, spray guns, or rollers, and simulating specialized finishes like wood grain or marble. The role involves preparing surfaces by sanding, washing, and filling cracks with caulk or plaster, as well as mixing and matching colors. You will conduct routine inspections, perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building surfaces, and react promptly to emergency repair requests. Additionally, you will be expected to erect scaffolding, manage material inventory, and ensure all work complies with strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards to maintain asset reliability and client satisfaction.

Diploma or a 2-year Industrial Training Course in a relevant field. 3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance painting or a similar field. Ability to read work orders and follow technical SO.
