The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily warehouse operations, managing warehouse staff, controlling inventory, coordinating receiving and dispatch activities, and ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient handling of goods.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily warehouse operations and warehouse staff.
Assign duties and shifts to warehouse assistants, helpers, pickers, and drivers.
Monitor receiving, unloading, checking, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
Ensure inventory is properly recorded and stored in designated locations.
Maintain accurate stock records and investigate discrepancies.
Conduct regular stock counts and support periodic inventory audits.
Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
3–5 years of warehouse experience, including supervisory experience.
Good knowledge of warehouse and inventory management procedures.
Experience with inventory management systems or E software.
Good communication and team-management skills.
Ability to prepare warehouse reports and maintain accurate records.
Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.
UAE warehouse experience is an advantage.
